Job Summary
Candidate must have 3PL experience shipping to major retailers in apparel, accessories and consumer products. Experience with e-commerce, drop ship, Pick and Pack, Direct to Consumer, B to B and B to C customers in a fast- paced environment.
Act as the main point of contact for client accounts, managing communication regarding order status, inventory levels, and delivery schedules
Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving in accordance with client specifications
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to monitor shipments, track inventory movements
Candidate must have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately recall information. "Going the extra mile" to achieve quality customer service is standard practice at our company.
We are a rapidly growing 3PL (Third Party Logistics Company) Conyers, GA and are looking to fill a Full Time Permanent Office position with us as a CSR.
We have a friendly informal work environment, a casual dress code, and good benefits (holidays, vacation days, health insurance, etc.) Hours are 7:00 – 4:00 pm Monday through Friday with some required overtime.
Duties:
- Entering receiving tallies, processing and allocating orders (WAVES), printing UCC labels, creating bills of lading, and communicating with warehouse management to ensure that orders are routed and properly fulfilled and that inventory is kept accurate.
- Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases (WMS)
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude in dealing directly with customers
- Must have good math skills, be able to organize paper flow, have good ability to prioritize, and be personable on the phone.
- Must be detail oriented and must hate making errors.
- Must be a team player, every shipment is a team effort.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Must have a good attitude towards work, towards fellow employees, and towards customers.
- Must be able to work well with Management.
- Must be dependable on time every day.
- Knowledge of Excel is necessary.
- Previous experience in this field is a requirement
- Experience in shipping to major USA retailers and e-commerce a requirement
