Hip-Hop Instructor
Bloom Dance Academy is looking for an energetic, inspiring Hip-Hop Instructor to join our growing team for the 2026–2027 season!
We’re searching for someone who is passionate about teaching hip hop in a positive, age-appropriate, and encouraging environment. We want a teacher who can help dancers build confidence, musicality, and performance skills while making every class fun and engaging.
Responsibilities
- Teach hip hop classes for a variety of ages and experience levels.
- Create engaging lesson plans that focus on technique, rhythm, musicality, freestyle, and choreography.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom where every dancer feels encouraged and supported.
- Choreograph routines for performances and the annual recital.
- Communicate professionally with studio staff and families.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and respectful classroom environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience teaching hip hop.
- Strong knowledge of hip hop foundations, movement quality, musicality, and current styles.
- Ability to create clean, age-appropriate choreography.
- Passion for working with children and helping dancers grow.
- Reliable, professional, and positive attitude.
- Background check required.
