We're looking for someone who can make guests feel welcome, solve problems with a smile, and occasionally become a nocturnal superhero by covering our Night Audit shift every other weekend.
What You'll Do:
✔ Check guests in and out with friendliness and efficiency
✔ Answer phones and help guests with questions, concerns, and the occasional "Where's the ice machine?" emergency
✔ Handle reservations and payments
✔ Keep the front desk area organized and professional
✔ Work a mix of day shifts and every other weekend Night Audit shifts
✔ Help create the kind of stay that makes guests say, "Wow, those people were awesome."
What We're Looking For:
✅ Friendly, reliable, and dependable
✅ Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts
✅ Able to multitask without spontaneous combustion
✅ Basic computer skills
✅ Excellent customer service skills
✅ Must be available for a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, holidays, and every other weekend overnight Night Audit shifts
