The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for overseeing the company’s day‑to‑day operational functions and ensuring that all departments work efficiently, collaboratively, and in alignment with organizational goals. This role focuses on operational excellence, cross‑department coordination, process improvement, and strategic execution. The COO works closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive growth, strengthen internal systems, and maintain high standards of performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership — Direct and manage daily operations across all departments to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with company objectives.
- Repair Center Oversight — Supervise and support the repair center team, ensuring productivity, quality control, workflow optimization, and timely completion of all service tasks.
- Accounting Collaboration — Work closely with the accounting department to monitor receivables, resolve customer account issues, and maintain accurate financial tracking.
- Process Improvement — Identify operational gaps and implement systems, tools, and procedures that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Cross‑Department Coordination — Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to ensure smooth workflow and unified execution.
- Strategic Planning — Support long‑term planning, resource allocation, and organizational development initiatives.
- Customer Experience Oversight — Ensure operational processes support a positive customer experience, including timely service, accurate billing, and responsive communication.
- Compliance & Risk Management — Maintain compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and safety standards.
- Vendor & Partner Relations — Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and service providers to support operational needs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of senior operational leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of workflow optimization, cross‑department operations, and organizational scaling.
- Experience working closely with accounting or finance teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
