We are seeking a passionate and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum activities that promote early childhood development and curiosity in infants and toddlers
- Provide attentive caregiving that ensures the safety, comfort, and well-being of each child in your care
- Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage social skills, independence, and emotional regulation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that supports learning and exploration
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about each child's progress, milestones, and any concerns
- Collaborate with team members to plan activities, share insights on individual children’s needs, and ensure consistency in care
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures and emergency response plans
Requirements
- Prior experience working with infants and toddlers in daycare, preschool, or similar settings is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development milestones and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong classroom management skills combined with patience, compassion, and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and needs
- Experience with behavior management techniques that support positive social interactions
- A genuine passion for nurturing young children’s growth and fostering a love of learning
- Completion of the 45 DCF hours
- Early Childhood Degree, CDA, or Staff Credential

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
