We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Review and interpret physician orders to ensure appropriate medication therapy.
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately, including IV infusions and aseptic techniques.
- Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust therapies as necessary.
- Provide medication counseling to patients and their families regarding proper usage and potential side effects.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams in acute care settings to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Manage inventory effectively, ensuring the availability of necessary medications while minimizing waste.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians in their daily responsibilities, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
- Experience in critical care or pain management is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and pharmacy operations.
- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, IV insertion, and IV infusion processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with advancements in pharmacy practice.
