Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This is a multi-duty position that requires someone who can confidently handle front desk responsibilities while assisting with administrative, employee, and general office tasks.
The ideal candidate is professional, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask, and willing to assist wherever needed to keep the office running efficiently.
Temporary with Potential for Full-Time Employment
This position will initially be temporary, with the possibility of becoming a full-time permanent position based on performance, attendance, reliability, business needs, and overall fit with the company.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk and greet employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.
- Answer and direct phone calls and respond to general inquiries.
- Monitor and respond to office emails.
- Maintain accurate employee and company records.
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and document organization.
- Assist/ support HR with new-hire paperwork, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and training as needed.
- Assist management with reports, spreadsheets, forms, and special projects.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, uniforms and deliveries.
- Assist different departments with daily administrative needs.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Handle confidential information appropriately.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and communicate updates to management.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist, administrative, office, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
