Join a mission-driven medical group in the Greater Sacramento area as a full-time or part-time Float Medical Provider in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. This hybrid role offers flexibility, combining remote care with in-person clinic coverage as needed across multiple sites. You will practice within a structured FQHC/community health outpatient model focused on access, efficiency, and culturally competent, patient-centered care — without nights, weekends, call, or panel management responsibilities.
Competitive base salary ranging from $250,000 to $320,000 annually, depending on licensure and experience

Strong clinical and administrative support within a collaborative team structure
Experience in an FQHC or community health outpatient clinic strongly preferred
Comfort managing approximately 3 patients per hour (20-minute visits), including designated administrative time
Ability to complete documentation within 72 hours
Proficiency managing EMR workflows, including in-basket tasks (patient messages, medication refills, lab review and follow-up)
EPIC EMR experience highly preferred
Adaptability to float between clinic locations and telemedicine platforms as needed
Commitment to culturally responsive care for a diverse, multilingual patient population
Bilingual skills (Spanish, Russian, Farsi, Pashto, or other languages) highly valued
Current California medical license (MD or DO)
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Strong outpatient primary care experience
Comfortable delivering both in-person and virtual care
Excellent communication and team-based care skills
