TeamCare ABA is looking for a dedicated and talented BCBA to join our team.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct assessments, including FBAs, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Develop and oversee evidence-based ABA programming
- Monitor progress and make thoughtful, data-driven treatment decisions
- Supervise, train, and support behavior technicians
- Partner closely with families, caregivers, schools, and other professionals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and high standards of quality and compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), LBA
- Active NJ Medicaid Provider ID preferred
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience supervising and mentoring behavior technicians

Pay: $80.00 - $95.00 per hour
