Job Overview
As a repo coordinator/skip tracer, you will play a crucial role in conducting thorough investigations to uncover essential information for various purposes. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced representative to join our team. You will also be responsible for managing your accounts, coordinating the repossession and transport of collateral, and ensuring accurate completion and documentation of accounts.

```Duties```
- Skip tracing delinquent accounts utilizing a variety of sources to locate the customer/collateral.
- Preparing and sending documents
- Use problem solving to resolve challenging accounts/situations.
- Set up transport for repossessed units/equipment
- Coordinate delivery of repossessed units/equipment
- Report back to Client Account managers regarding respective clients

- Goal Orientated and used to meeting or exceeding goals
- Excellent Time Management Skills as this is a fast paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well individually and as a team
- Possess the ability to multi-task successfully
- Experience speaking with professionals on the telephone is a plus
- Ability to communicate with customers to work toward a resolution with their account.
