Join We Rise Therapy & Wellness
We Rise Therapy & Wellness is a trauma-informed, culturally responsive group practice supporting first- and second-generation South Asian and Asian clients, women of color, multicultural individuals, and couples throughout New Jersey.
We understand that mental health and relationships are shaped by more than individual experiences. Culture, identity, migration, family expectations, gender roles, religion, race, community, and intergenerational patterns can all influence how people experience distress, connection, conflict, and healing.
We are seeking a thoughtful, relational Couples and Individual Therapist who has formal training in an evidence-based or evidence-informed couples therapy model and is also comfortable providing individual psychotherapy to adults.
Clinicians of all backgrounds are encouraged to apply. We are looking for someone who demonstrates cultural humility, curiosity, inclusivity, and a genuine commitment to serving diverse communities.
The Role
This therapist will maintain a mixed telehealth caseload of couples and individual adult clients.
The position begins with a consistent part-time caseload of at least 15 completed sessions per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on client demand, clinician availability, performance, and mutual fit.
The ideal clinician understands that couples therapy is a distinct clinical specialty requiring structure, relational assessment, emotional attunement, and the ability to remain balanced during conflict.
