Duties
- Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Write detailed and accurate service estimates using estimating tools and manual documentation
- Communicate effectively with technicians regarding vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and estimated completion time
- Manage cash handling transactions accurately while maintaining proper documentation
- Coordinate with parts stores/dealerships to ensure timely availability of necessary components for repairs
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business through excellent customer service
Skills
- Proven experience in auto service management or dealership environments with a strong understanding of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems including transmissions, brakes, suspensions, air brakes, shocks & struts, oil changes, tire services, and diesel engine repairs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Pay will be determined upon exper and knowledge
