Experience/Qualifications
OT license and state certification with current CPR/First Aid
Provide on-site OT assessments and individualized treatment plans
Document progress notes and maintain compliant client records
Adhere to ethics, privacy laws, and workplace safety guidelines
Set measurable goals aligned with patient needs and program targets
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes
Pipeline-driven caseload planning and progress tracking
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy plans, home exercises, and safety
Participate in performance metrics reporting and productivity tracking
Maintain ongoing professional development and certifications
Demonstrate reliability by meeting deadlines and individual targets
Participate in on-site program marketing and referral outreach
