Keep MI Smile is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team! We are a family-owned, multi-location dental practice focused on providing high-quality care while maintaining a supportive and positive work environment.
We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and friendly Dental Assistant who enjoys working with patients and being part of a team. With new doctors joining our practice, we need assistants who are willing to work wherever they are needed to help us give the best care possible to our patients! We have offices in Athens, Coldwater, Sturgis, Three Rivers, Mendon and Cassopolis. Your regular schedule will be in Athens and Coldwater, however the right candidate will be flexible to fill in other locations if needed.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
- Take dental x-rays
- Help ensure patient comfort during procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting
- Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
Qualifications
- Dental assisting experience preferred
- X-ray certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be flexible and willing to travel to other Keep MI Smile offices if needed
