We’re hiring a Lead BCBA to guide, mentor, and transform care across school, clinic, hospital, and home settings, without sacrificing the hands-on work that got you here. This is leadership that moves with purpose, passion, and always with kids at the center.
What You'll Do:
- Mentor and develop BCBAs and RBTs across multiple service lines
- Serve as a clinical expert, problem-solving, reviewing complex cases, and driving outcomes
- Deliver data driven direct pediatric ABA services across environments
- Collaborate with leadership and managers to improve clinical standards and program development
- Lead with confidence, curiosity, and compassion, and a good sense of humor
The Role Breakdown:
~24-28 hours/week: Clinical mentorship, development, and leadership
~12-16 hours/week: Direct care, hands-on treatment, and real-world impact
What You Bring:
- Active Illinois and Indiana BCBA Licenses
- 3+ years of BCBA therapy experience across school, clinic, and/or home settings preferred
- Demonstrated strength in team leadership, mentorship, and clinical communication
- A passion for helping clinicians grow and helping kids thrive
- Confidence in your craft. Curiosity about your team. Compassion in every move you make
- An understanding that you are willing to apply your skills to all areas where Milestone performs ABA services, including homes, clinics, and schools
