Belgian Tree Service is expanding our team and are specifically looking for seasoned professionals like you who have extensive experience in the tree care industry.
If you're a skilled groundsman, climber, sales person, or an expert in the tree space with a passion for what you do, I want to hear from you. We're looking for a Climbers, Bucket Truck/Arial Lift Operator, Groundsman, and an Estimator. Positions range in pay between $20-$40 Hourly, and our Sales position is commission plus hourly based!
*CDL Liscense is preferred. If thats the only thing holding you back, we'll pay for your training!

As a Groundsman:
- Assist tree climbers and arborists with tree trimming and pruning tasks to maintain the health and appearance of trees.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as chippers, wheel loader, chainsaws, and trucks.
- Clear and prepare job sites by removing debris and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Safely handle and transport tools and materials to and from job sites.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks and ensure a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Experience:
- Previous experience in landscaping, forestry, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with operating basic tree care equipment and tools.
- Understanding of tree species, growth patterns, and maintenance methods is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Rigging/Roping
- Mini-loader operation
- Wheel Loader operation
- CDL
- Drivers License
Note: While experience is preferred, we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a passion for the outdoors.
