Objective:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will play a crucial role in providing high quality patient care and ensuring the comfort and safety of patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient advocacy, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Duties:
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Conduct physical examinations and document medical records accurately.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control policies.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and wellness.
Skills:
- Preferable pre-op/circulating/PACU experience or the willingness to train in all three areas.
- Proficiency in managing medical records with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment while maintaining high standards of care.
- Compassionate approach towards patients.
- Proficient in IV skills
- ACLS/BLS required
