Duties
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize collaboration sales techniques to effectively communicate value propositions and close deals.
- Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales approaches and share best practices.
- Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an Auto Sales Manager role, preferably with a focus on closing deals.
- Strong collaboration skills, demonstrating the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred but not required.
