As an AT&T Wireless Sales Associate, you’ll represent cutting-edge wireless internet solutions and deliver exceptional customer service to new and existing customers. This role combines face-to-face interaction, consultative selling, and ongoing professional development, giving you the tools to succeed in a performance-based environment.
What You’ll Do as an AT&T Wireless Sales Associate:
- Engage with prospective and current customers in person, delivering outstanding customer service while presenting AT&T products and solutions.
- Serve as a trusted AT&T Wireless Sales Associate by identifying customer needs and recommending tailored service packages.
- Provide clear and confident explanations of pricing, promotions, and service options while maintaining top-tier customer service.
- Build lasting relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional customer service experiences.
- Track your performance and sales metrics as an AT&T Wireless Sales Associate reporting progress to leadership.
- Develop consultative selling techniques that prioritize customer service and long-term customer satisfaction.
