Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients, vendors, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

Answer and route a high volume of incoming calls to the appropriate team members (case managers, attorneys, or management).

Handle incoming mail, including medical records and legal correspondence.

Draft and prepare outgoing mail and client communications.

Maintain front office organization and appearance.

Support administrative staff with light clerical tasks as needed.

Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What We’re Looking For:

Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Minimum 1 year of receptionist or front desk experience.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong phone etiquette and a friendly, confident and projecting voice.

Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently.
