Main duties would include:
Customer Service
- Greet and guide walk-in customers to deliver a welcoming shopping experience.
- Process incoming mail, customer returns, and product exchanges efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email with clear, helpful, and timely answers.
- Handle any incoming phone calls.
Warehouse & Fulfillment Operations
- Accurately pull merchandise from the warehouse to fulfill internet orders.
- Package products securely and generate shipping labels for timely distribution.
- Assist in receiving truck shipments by verifying quantities against packing slips and shelving item
Machine Operation & Maintenance
- Set up, thread, and operate sock knitting machines according to production schedules.
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper function and consistent quality.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or threading issues to minimize downtime.
Quality Control
- Inspect socks for defects, consistency, and adherence to quality standards.
- Report and document any product issues or machine malfunctions.
- Ensure finished socks meet color, size, and stitching specifications.
Packing & Boarding
- Operate sock boarding equipment to shape and finish socks.
- Fold, label, and pack socks according to customer or company requirements.
- Maintain accurate counts and proper labeling for all packaged goods.
Warehouse & Workplace Maintenance
- Keep work area, machines, and warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with inventory control and restocking materials as needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
Applicants must be able to:
Stand and walk for long periods
Lift 35 pounds consistently
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
