Field Service Engineer / CNC Service Technician
Location: Southern States of the US (Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana)
Base Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

A leading manufacturer of high-precision CNC machine tools supporting the metal cutting industry and advanced manufacturing environments is seeking a Field Service Engineer / CNC Service Technician to support distributors and end users across the Southern States of the US.
We are seeking candidates who are experienced servicing 5-axis machining centers and have worked with Fanuc or Siemens CNC controls.
Field Service Engineer / CNC Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Travel throughout the Southern US to set up, service, and optimize a variety of CNC machine tools, including both 3-axis and 5-axis machining centers.
- Manage on-site service activities by performing installations, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure maximum machine uptime.
- Investigate technical issues using detailed analysis, implement corrective actions, and communicate solutions and recommendations to the team.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to enhance machine performance, reduce recurring problems, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Field Service Engineer / CNC Service Technician Requirements:
- Degree in an engineering discipline or machine tool technology is advantageous; however, we also welcome applications from candidates with relevant hands-on experience.
- Prior experience as a Field Service Engineer working with machine tools or similar CNC equipment, specifically 5-axis machining centers, is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Fanuc or Siemens CNC control systems.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across the Southern US to support distributors and end users.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
