Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:

Provide armed security services, including access control, vehicle and personnel inspections, patrols, and protection of government property and facilities.

Respond to emergencies and security incidents while enforcing post orders, company policies, and government regulations.

Communicate effectively with supervisors, government personnel, visitors, and the public while maintaining detailed situational awareness.

Maintain weapon qualifications, physical fitness standards, proper equipment readiness, and availability for flexible schedules including weekends and holidays..
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED and must be at least 21 years of age.

Valid state driver's license and ability to meet all federal, state, and local requirements for armed security officers.

Ability to pass required background investigations, security screenings, firearms qualifications, and annual physical fitness testing.

Clean criminal history, eligibility to work in the United States, and ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Successfully pass background and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications:

Honorably discharged military veteran (if applicable).

Prior armed security, military, law enforcement, or force protection experience.

Experience working in government, military, or high-security environments.

Relevant security certifications, training, or clearances.
