We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused team member to assist with daily dry cleaning and laundry operations. This role involves providing excellent customer service, processing customer orders, inspecting garments for quality, handling wash-and-fold services, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Customer Service
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Receive and process dry cleaning and laundry orders accurately.
- Clearly communicate customer requests and special garment care instructions.
- Answer customer questions regarding services, pricing, and turnaround times.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Return completed orders to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Garment Inspection & Quality Control
- Inspect garments before processing and identify stains, damage, missing buttons, or special care requirements.
- Perform final quality inspections on all cleaned garments.
- Ensure garments are clean, properly pressed, and meet company quality standards before being placed on the conveyor or prepared for pickup.
- Report any quality concerns or garment issues to management immediately.
Store Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Keep customer service areas, workstations, and storage areas clean and orderly throughout the day.
- Assist with stocking supplies and organizing incoming and completed orders.
- Stay proactive during slower periods by identifying tasks that need attention.
- Must have a CAR to make deliveries to customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.81 - $17.87 per hour
Expected hours: 5.25 per week
