Location: Mobile, AL
Schedule: Part-Time (20–30 hours per week)
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Leasing Agent to join our community in Mobile, Alabama. The ideal candidate will have prior multifamily leasing experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with prospective and current residents. This position reports directly to the Leasing Manager.
Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lease apartment homes to prospective residents.
- Conduct pre-move-in inspections to ensure apartment readiness.
- Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
- Market current and upcoming apartment availability through various marketing channels.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and residents.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and resident files.
- Assist with resident retention initiatives and community events as needed.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Leasing Manager.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum of 1 year of multifamily leasing experience.
- Experience using Yardi and CRM software.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work weekends as needed, based on business needs and at the direction of the Leasing Manager and Community Director.
