Are you an organized customer service professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Our client in Massillon is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to become a key member of their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service, inside sales support, order entry, or manufacturing administrative experience who enjoys building relationships and keeping customers informed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by phone and email
- Enter and manage customer orders
- Provide pricing, order status, and shipment updates
- Track orders and proactively communicate delays
- Support the sales team with quotes, reports, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records and customer files
- Work closely with production, shipping, and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- 2+ years of customer service, sales support, or administrative experience
- Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Experience with ERP/order management systems is a plus.
- $20.00-$22.00/hour based on experience
