Job Title: Finance Coordinator
Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm Pacific
Location: Fremont/Livermore CA 94538 (Hybrid)
Duration: 5 months (Potential to convert to FTE)
Summary:
- As a Finance Coordinator, you will assist with projects, implementations, and training sessions related to process improvements.

- Finance Team in support of Lam Research (Sr. Fin Mgr, Fin Mgr, 2 Financial Coords)
Resource's typical working day (day to day tasks):
- Purchase Order creation
- Vendor communication
- Vendor invoice processing
- Facilities Management Team coordination
Must Have Skills:
- Fluent in English (client requires native understanding/speaking of English – able to communicate without confusion),
- Excel, time management, process learning, communication/email, learn from mistakes,
