I'm looking for Back of House staff members for a pizzeria that I'm opening up in a few weeks. It's in the East Village.
It's a by-the-slice pizzeria but I'm going for a more of an artisanal/bakery vibe. I care about the vibe, I care about the plating, there are a few baked goods/desserts I also do. Basically trying to make it more like a boutique European vibe than a regular NYC old school pizzeria. If Bon Apetit doesn't profile us within a year or two, I messed up.
Also hiring for front of house staff as well if you're more interested in those positions.
