BOXT Packaging is a fast-growing B2B packaging distributor serving warehouses, 3PLs, and e-commerce businesses across the Wasatch Front. We distribute corrugated boxes, mailers, stretch wrap, and more — and we're building a team that scales with us.
The Role
This is a part-time Driver & Operations Support position, Monday/Wednesday/Friday with morning starts. You'll split your time between local delivery runs and in-office support. As our delivery volume grows, this role is built to transition to full-time.
Driving Responsibilities
- Local deliveries to warehouses and businesses on Mon/Wed/Fri
- Operating a 26,000 GVW box truck (no CDL required)
- Loading and unloading using an electric pallet jack
- Liftgate operation and dock door deliveries
- Professional representation of BOXT at every stop
- Brief and simple sales discussions while at warehouses
Office & Operations Support
- Answering inbound calls and managing [email protected]
- Shopify order management and order entry
- Directing warehouse pickup customers
- Routing custom quote requests to the appropriate team member
Requirements
- Prior experience operating a box truck or large commercial vehicle — required, no exceptions
- Clean MVR required; DUI history is disqualifying
- Comfortable on the phone and in an office environment
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Pallet jack and liftgate experience preferred
Schedule & Pay
- Monday / Wednesday / Friday, morning start
- 20–25 hours/week to start
- $17–$19/hr depending on experience
- Clear path to full-time as volume grows
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
