We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and motivated Bilingual Sales Representative (English & Spanish) who is driven to sell, provide exceptional customer service, and represent our brand with professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Learn the customer’s needs and recommend the best Total Wireless plans, phones, and accessories.
- Build value in every product and confidently ask for the sale.
- Overcome customer objections professionally and help customers make informed buying decisions.
- Maximize every opportunity by offering accessories, protection plans, and additional services.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from the moment a customer walks in until they leave.
- Keep the phone displays, accessories, inventory, and showroom clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Process sales accurately and handle cash responsibly.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Work with honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- Retail or wireless sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and closing skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated to succeed.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
