Location: Boston, MA
Pay Range: $35-$43/hr

Job Requirements:
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance and operations.
- Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic controls systems, EMS, and mechanical systems is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Experience with electronic work order and preventive maintenance systems.
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license is essential.
Preferred Skills:
- Refrigeration or electrical license (advantageous but not mandatory).
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance of building systems including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling tasks.
- Manage external contractor work for landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC maintenance, plumbing services, and cleaning.
- Execute repairs along with emergency and preventive maintenance; maintain accurate records of these actions.
- Review work orders to estimate time/materials needed; order supplies for task completion.
- Implement energy management programs for efficient system operation to minimize costs.
- Maintain lighting systems by repairing or replacing elements such as ballasts. Conduct welding, carpentry, furniture assembly, and locksmith duties as required.
