Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Korean-speaking Administrative Assistant / Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play an important part in supporting patients through their dental treatment journey-helping them understand their care options and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from consultation to completion.
This position serves as a key link between patients and the dental team, supporting treatment coordination, scheduling, insurance processing, and financial discussions.
Key Responsibilities:

Clearly present and explain dental treatment plans to patients in a professional and friendly manner

Discuss treatment costs, insurance coverage, and available payment options

Coordinate and schedule patient appointments for recommended treatments

Verify insurance benefits and assist with pre-authorizations when needed

Follow up with patients regarding pending or unscheduled treatments

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations

Respond to patient questions regarding treatment plans and billing concerns
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred

Strong knowledge or willingness to learn dental terminology and insurance processes

Excellent communication skills in Korean and English
