- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems with accuracy, speed, and craftsmanship.
- Deliver a courteous, confidence-inspiring customer experience that consistently exceeds expectations.
- Recommend value-adding options that keep homes cleaner, more comfortable, and better protected.
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and manage parts effectively.
- High school diploma or GED.
- EPA Type II or EPA Universal certification.
- Hands-on mechanical aptitude and familiarity with diagnostic and repair tools.
- Ability to follow standardized procedures to ensure quality workmanship.
- Comfort using a smartphone for part ordering and documentation.
- Valid driver’s license in the state of employment.

- Hourly base pay: $22–$36, commensurate with experience.
