A highly respected North Dallas boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to support a team of accomplished litigators handling complex business disputes in both Texas state and federal courts.

You'll support attorneys handling sophisticated commercial litigation matters involving business disputes, contract issues, shareholder matters, commercial claims, and other complex litigation matters.
You'll be trusted to take ownership of important aspects of the litigation process while working closely with attorneys who value strong paralegal support.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare substantive drafts of pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and court filings
- Coordinate and maintain complex case files
- Prepare deposition, mediation, arbitration, and trial notebooks
- Manage electronically stored information (ESI)
- Perform electronic Bates labeling and document organization
- Utilize advanced e-discovery platforms including Reveal and/or Relativity
- Support litigation matters in both Texas state and federal courts
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, experts, and third parties
- Assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case initiation through trial
What We're Looking For
This is a commercial litigation role.
Candidates should possess:
- 5+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experience within a law firm
- Experience supporting multiple litigation attorneys simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with Reveal, Relativity, or comparable e-discovery platforms
- Strong knowledge of Texas and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
- Experience managing complex litigation deadlines and calendaring
- Experience preparing discovery, deposition materials, and trial exhibits
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Paralegal Certificate required

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
