We’re a growing healthcare services organization partnering with employers to improve outcomes, reduce costs, and support employees through critical moments. We’re looking for a Sales Executive who thrives in longer sales cycles, builds trust with multiple stakeholders, and knows how to create momentum before an RFP ever hits.
What You’ll Do

Develop and manage a pipeline of mid-to-large employer opportunities

Build relationships with key decision-makers across HR, Risk, and executive leadership

Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and influencers

Partner with brokers, consultants, and strategic partners to drive new business

Lead consultative sales conversations focused on outcomes, value, and long-term impact

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
What We’re Looking For

Experience selling in a 6–12+ month sales cycle environment

Background in one or more of the following:
- Workers Compensation / Occupational Health
- Physical Therapy / Home Health
- Healthcare SaaS or services
- Employee benefits / insurance / broker channel
- HR tech / HCM solutions
- Other complex B2B solution sales into employers or healthcare organizations
- Proven ability to engage multiple stakeholders

Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive, business development mindset

Comfortable operating in less transactional, more consultative sales environments

Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B sales, business development, or client-facing experience
