Some people clock in. We are looking for people who feel called.
If you believe caring for an elder is sacred work, if you take pride in leaving someone clean, comfortable, and treated with dignity, and if you would never sit on your phone while a person who needs you waits, keep reading. This may be the role you have been praying for.
If you are looking for an easy check where you can do the bare minimum, please save us both the time. This is not that job.
Read this before you apply
We hold ourselves to a high standard because the people in our care, often lonely and unable to do for themselves what they once could, deserve nothing less. We will love you, support you, and back you up. In return, we expect you to show up fully, every shift. If that standard excites you, you are exactly who we are hoping to meet.
About Faithful Hands
We provide personal care to elders across Charlotte who need help with the activities of daily living they can no longer manage on their own. Our mission is simple: honor every elder we serve, and become the caregiver every family prays for. We are small enough to know your name and serious enough to expect your best.
The schedule
This is a consistent, part-time schedule. Please apply only if you can commit to it reliably:

Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (evenings): 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday): 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM
Dependability on this schedule is not a bonus. It is the job.
