Bright Home ABA is expanding across the Triad and hiring a Clinical Director to lead our in‑home pediatric ABA program. This role is built for a BCBA who wants to shape culture, drive quality, and help build a program that feels warm, supportive, and clinically strong.
What You’ll Do
- Lead clinical quality across Winston‑Salem, Greensboro, and High Point
- Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing coaching and development
- Conduct assessments and build individualized treatment plans
- Oversee in‑home service delivery and ensure strong family communication
- Collaborate with pediatricians, EI coordinators, schools, and referral partners
- Help build systems, workflows, and best practices as Bright Home grows
- Maintain compliance with BACB, Medicaid, and insurance standards
What We’re Looking For
- Active BCBA/LBA
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership presence
- Comfortable supervising in‑home teams
- Warm, clear communicator with families and staff
- Someone who wants to build, not just “clock in”

Compensation & Benefits
