About the Role:
Porter: As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, including patient rooms, common areas, and public spaces. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure that our patients and families feel comfortable and supported during their stay.
Maintain a Clean Environment: You will be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting patient rooms, bathrooms, and other areas, as well as disposing of trash and recyclables.
Provide Excellent Customer Service: You will interact with patients, families, and staff, providing friendly and professional assistance to ensure their needs are met.
Collaborate with the Team: You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and disinfect patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Dispose of trash and recyclables, and replenish supplies as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff
