**MUST HAVE PRIOR ROOFING EXPERIENCE**
Northern Virginia home improvement company is seeking a Project Manager and Quality Control Representative. The ideal candidate MUST be able to climb and walk roofs, manage projects and perform quality control inspections on residential and commercial properties, and examine customer warranty claims and report findings to Production Manager.
Description:
Candidate will support the company's production department by managing projects and making sure projects satisfy customer expectations. Full-time position working Monday to Friday with the possibility of overtime.
Additional duties include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to get on roofs (This is a priority)
- Maintain and organize all required documentation
- Inspecting roofing, siding, door, window, and deck projects
- Ability to prepare and review scopes and change orders
- Ensure that all work is installed in accordance with contract documents
- Assist in resolving construction issues to maintain productivity
- Face to face meetings with customers during projects
- Deliver materials to jobsites
- Help with Warehouse and Inventory
Physical requirements:
Must be able to climb ladders, work at heights of three stories or less, standing and walking on roofs, lift up to 50 pounds plus
Qualifications:
Considerable knowledge of the methods and practices involved in construction of roofing systems, siding systems, and window systems.
Considerable knowledge of roofing systems and of effective corrective measures
Excellent communication skills
Ability to explain inspection results and required corrections both verbally and in writing
Ability to relate well to the public, vendors, and employees at all levels
Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record
Ability to pass a background check

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year plus bonuses
