We are currently hiring compassionate and dependable a Home Health Aide (HHA) for a live-in case in Newburgh, NY 12550

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Monitor and report changes in the client's condition.
- Assist with medication reminders as directed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow the client's care plan.
- Communicate with the care team to ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA).
- Fluent in English.
- Valid ID and Social Security Card.
- Two professional references.
- Physical exam with up-to-date immunizations (including MMR).
- Tuberculosis test and drug screening.
