Position Summary
The Cleaner / Contents Cleaning Technician is responsible for cleaning, restoring, and packing customer contents affected by water, fire, mold, or other property damage. This role focuses on detailed cleaning, organization, and inventory of contents while ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This position does not require operation of forklifts or heavy lifting equipment.
Key Responsibilities

Clean and restore contents damaged by water, fire, smoke, or mold

Perform detailed cleaning of furniture, household items, and personal belongings

Pack, label, and inventory customer contents accurately

Wrap and protect items for transport and storage

Assist with content manipulation and organization at job sites

Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and cleaning areas

Follow company safety guidelines and OSHA standards

Communicate professionally with team members and customers

Document work performed, including photos and inventory updates
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous cleaning or restoration experience preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment

Basic understanding of safety procedures

Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move for extended periods
