Pay
- 1-Person Client Care: $14.00/hour
- CNA: $15.50/hour
- Couples Care: $16.25/hour
- Same-Day Pickup Shifts: $15.00–$18.00/hour
- Weekend On-Call: $100 per weekend
What You’ll Do
As a CAREGiver, you’ll provide compassionate, dependable support to seniors in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities may include:
- Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
- Preparing meals and completing light housekeeping
- Providing medication reminders
- Assisting with errands and appointments
- Providing transportation as needed
- Assisting with grooming, bathing, toileting, and incontinence care
- Providing Alzheimer's and dementia care
- Supporting clients with daily activities while promoting dignity and independence

CAREGiver Requirements
- Ability to treat seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Warm, friendly, and professional communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Valid auto insurance
- Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen
No previous caregiving experience is required! Home Instead provides paid training to help you develop the skills needed to provide quality care.
