BASIC SCOPE/PURPOSE
Summary:
Inventory Control Supervisor will have experience running an inventory control department in a high sku base environment. Experience in setting up and executing cycle counting programs.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Managing physical inventories
- Supervising the daily activities of the inventory control staff
- Ensuring adequate levels of material and/or product inventories are maintained
- Evaluating inventory needs and implementing strategies to meet those needs.
- Contributing to the development of processes and procedures
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the related area as an inventory supervisor/manager
· High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of:
- Data Analysis
- Time management techniques
- Inventory control procedures
Skilled In:
- Excel
- Working in a fast-paced, moving ecommerce department
- Written and verbal communication
Ability To:
- Set up and execute cycle counting programs
- Supervise, control and manage, instruct and lead others to complete the assigned tasks
- Work within a team environment
Work Environment:
Warehouse: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to noisy.
Physical Demands:
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit.
· Able to lift and move 25-50 pounds

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
