HOTWORX Dickinson is looking for a motivated, dependable, and outgoing Fitness Sales Associate to help grow our membership community while creating an amazing experience for every member who walks through our doors.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and connect with members and guests
- Give studio tours and help people start their fitness journey
- Sell memberships and retail products
- Follow up with leads and referrals
- Assist with social media and community events
- Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming
- Encourage members and help them reach their goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable talking with people and building relationships
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Reliable and coachable
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
Schedule:
- 15–25 hours per week
- Days or evenings, and at least 1 Saturday shift 9-2
- Opportunity for bonuses and commissions
