A well-established Florida healthcare organization is seeking a bilingual, Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its outpatient clinics in the Orlando area. Practice in a collaborative, value-based care environment dedicated to preventive medicine, improved patient outcomes, and building meaningful relationships with senior patients.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing primary care for adult and senior/Medicare Advantage patients

Qualifications:
- Active Florida NP/PA License
- Board Certified
- SPANISH SPEAKING REQUIRED
- Value-based care experience preferred
