As a Tanning Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients seeking tanning services. Your primary role will be to provide exceptional customer service while promoting and selling tanning products and services. You will ensure a clean and welcoming environment, assist clients in selecting the best tanning options, and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.
Duties
- Greet clients warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance regarding tanning services and products.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Educate clients on the benefits of various tanning options, including UV tanning beds, spray tans, and skincare products.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing tanning equipment and common areas regularly to ensure a safe environment for clients.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions to enhance their overall experience.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices in customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred; experience in the beauty or wellness industry is a plus.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively upsell products and services while maintaining a positive client relationship.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Knowledge of cosmetology principles is beneficial but not required.
