Host/Hostess (Part-Time)

Tucson’s Southwest Grill & Bar is looking for a friendly, dependable, and outgoing Host/Hostess to join our team! As the first person our guests see, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming dining experience.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and thrives as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly smile
- Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements
- Answer the phone and assist with takeout orders when needed
- Keep the host stand and lobby clean and organized
- Communicate with servers and managers to ensure efficient seating
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them back
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Friendly, positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Restaurant experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right person!
