Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, and glassware swiftly to maintain a seamless flow of service
- Keep the bar area clean and organized, including cleaning spills, sanitizing surfaces, and managing waste efficiently
- Support food preparation tasks such as assembling garnishes or light snack offerings for patrons
- Buss tables promptly to ensure a tidy environment and quick turnaround for incoming guests
- Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS accurately for orders and transactions
- Handle cash handling responsibilities with precision during food service, catering events, or nightclub operations
- Support catering setups or banquet events by setting up stations and ensuring all food handling standards are met
Skills
- Proven experience in food service, barback roles, or hospitality environments with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing
- Strong cleaning skills to maintain hygiene standards in busy nightclub or restaurant settings
- Knowledge of food preparation, food handling, and basic kitchen procedures
- Experience in banquet service, catering setups, or hotel food & beverage operations is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and guests in a fast-paced environment
- Previous barista experience or serving background enhances your ability to deliver excellent hospitality services
