Yangmani Korean BBQ is looking for a friendly, responsible, and organized Restaurant Host / Receptionist to join our team.
The main responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations and waitlists, and answering phone calls. We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, and comfortable communicating with guests in a busy restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and general inquiries
- Monitor table availability and coordinate seating
- Communicate with servers and management to ensure smooth guest flow
- Keep the reception and host area clean and organized
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service
- Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant host, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Good English communication skills, especially for phone calls and reservations
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to multitask and stay organized during busy hours
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Restaurant experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Schedule
- Part-time
- Evening shift
- Approximately 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Weekend availability may be required
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and can provide our guests with a friendly and welcoming experience.
Pay: From $22.51 per hour
