Responsibilities
Manually deburr, smooth, and polish complex machined parts using hand tools, pneumatic grinders, abrasive pads, and tumbling equipment.
Review completed parts against blueprints and technical instructions to verify correct radius edges and structural profiles.
Visually inspect parts under magnification for minor finish irregularities, scratches, or surface imperfections.
Work collaboratively with machinists and quality control teams to ensure final components align with strict aerospace benchmarks.
